Job Qualifications:
The Director of Project Management will have responsibility for project management
operations for Information Services. This includes overseeing the transition of
our existing project support office to a project management office, guidance and
direction for project managers in IS, and support of the tools and metrics required
for enhanced portfolio management. The position requires a bachelor?s degree,
with an additional requirement of a graduate degree (or 8 years relevant experience
in healthcare IT or business operations) Applicants should have 10 years of experience
in complex business, healthcare, and information systems, and five years of management
experience. An additional requirement is 5 to 8 years experience in project and
portfolio management. Applicants should demonstrate leadership capabilities, strong
interpersonal skills, and administrative capabilities with proactive skills in
